Magna - large chemical company and media (magnetic, optical, vinyl) manufacturer, active since the mid-70's, was acquired in the 1990s by Deutsche Schallplatte Berlin GmbH, which in turn was taken over by the Bertelsmann Group. Most likely also produced its own housings for its cassettes and OEM customers.
