Мелодия / Melodiya - Melodiya is a Soviet and Russian recording company founded in 1964. In the same year of 1964, the Aprelevka Record Plant became part of it. Audio cassettes were produced from 1989 to 1997. In 2002, the Aprelevka Record Plant was declared bankrupt. Melodiya is still in business.
