Bigston - the Japanese brand belonged to Kyokuyo Electric Co., Ltd. Japan, which produced audio equipment (tape recorders, radios) and accessories in the 1970s and 1980s. In 1972, a branch of Bigston Corp. opened in America, and in 1976, it became completely independent from the Japanese brand. Bigston not only sold its equipment in the US but also became an official service partner for Sears, repairing and servicing their electronics.
