Ricoh - the Japanese company Ricoh Company, Ltd. was founded in 1936 as a manufacturer of light-sensitive paper for photography and photocopying, as well as optical systems. In 2011, Ricoh Company acquired Pentax Imaging Corporation and changed the acquired company's name to Pentax Ricoh Imaging Company.
