TTK - Huizhou TTK Home Appliances Co., Ltd. was founded in 1981. Following its success in the audio cassette market, TTK continued to expand its product line and, in the mid-1980s, began producing stereo tape recorders, boomboxes, and other portable audio systems. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, TTK entered the television market. In 2004, the company changed its name to TCL and entered the international market.
