Minolta - Minolta Co., Ltd. was founded in 1928 and manufactured cameras, lenses, camera accessories, binoculars, copiers, fax machines, and laser printers. In 2003, Minolta merged with Konica, forming Konica Minolta. In 2006, Konica Minolta announced its exit from the camera and film business. In 2017, Konica Minolta sold the Minolta trademark to JMM Lee Properties, which licensed it to Elite Brands for the production of digital cameras, camcorders, and dash cams.
